Bagalkot Cement and Industries Ltd. (BCIL) is a Kanoria Group Initiative that was setup in 2007 to acquire the cement division of Bagalkot Udyog Ltd. The Kanoria Group is part of the respected Kanoria Business Family, and has over five decades of experience in operating companies across diverse industries.
The Company has over five decades of experience in cement manufacturing. Our operations commenced with a 300 TPD wet process kiln in Bagalkot. In 1982 the capacity was increased to a 1000 TPD dry process kiln. Currently the plant produces 1200 TPD of high quality clinker and 400,000 TPA of cement.
The company manufactures OPC 43, PSC and PPC grades of cement. It is a leading brand in Karnataka, Goa and Southern Maharashtra.

RESPONSIBILITY
The BCIL Management is fully committed to social welfare and has a keen sense of it’s social obligation. We are running a full-fledged school (Lower KG to VII Std. English medium) for the children of our employees and other townspeople. We also have a club for our workmen, employees and their children. We have also constructed and are maintaining a temple for the population in the nearby town. The company is also actively participating in welfare measures such as installation of water pumps sets, bus shelters etc., in and around Bagalkot City.
