Votorantim Cimentos which is a part of Votorantim Group, operates in the building materials (cement, concrete, aggregate and plaster) industry since 1933, and has an Annual Cement Production capacity of 57.5 Million Tons operating in 12 Major Countries outside Brazil, including India which makes it one of the largest companies in the Building Materials Industry.
SHREE DIGVIJAY CEMENT CO. LTD has been a unique trendsetter in providing superior quality of special cements like Oil Well Cement, Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement and other varieties of Ordinary and Portland Pozzolana Cement. We employ approximately 300 Employees and have a Gujarat-wide network of over 1,000 Channel Partners selling our Cement under the Brand Name “KAMAL CEMENT". We have our operations at Jamnagar (Gujarat) with a Fully Automatic Modern Cement Manufacturing Plant having a Production capacity of 1.20 Million Tons per Annum.
Since our inception in 1944 at Sikka – Jamnagar, we are among the first companies in India to establish its own Captive Jetty. The company sea port can easily harbour and handle 3,000 to 5,000 DWT vessels along the jetty. Safe anchorage for 5,000 to 35,000 DWT vessels are available at a distance of 5 Kms from the port / wharf site. For safe anchorage of 50,000 - 100,000 DWT vessels 20-25 meters of water is available at a distance of 10 Kms from the port site.
SHREE DIGVIJAY CEMENT CO. LTD is also well connected by Road and Rail. The nearest airport is Jamnagar airport which is 30 Kms from the plant. Its plant, mines and township visibly demonstrate successful endeavors in Mines Rehabilitation, Water Management and Environmental Restoring Activities.
